Currently the ability to track or make notes about the queue is very limited. There are 2 potential features that could assist with this: (1) an "Internal Notes" feature that allows the admin of the queue to track details about requests; and (2) the ability to "Flag" requests for further review or special monitoring.
"Internal Notes" use case: a Correct request has complex instructions. The admin of the queue can use the Internal Notes to clarify or explain the instructions for the benefit of system owners who must review and follow the instructions when making their correction.
"Flagging" use case: an Access request requires follow-up verification to complete the request, and the deadline is approaching. The admin can flag the request so that it stands out in the queue, making it easier to prioritize when monitoring the queue. The flag should be visible at the queue level.
