Rights Automation: Integrations should provide a confirmation or results

right now when you try to integrate current ketch tiles like Marketo to automate the request types, they only offer the ability to send a signal one way. So when you request a deletion into Marketo, it only sends the notices to Marketo. there is no way to get a confirmation that the deletion action was take or that the record doesn’t exist.

we would like to see two way integration where Ketch notifies Marketo and Marketo returns some results or success or doesn’t existing, etc…
